Half Birthday

Brayden was 6 months old yesterday. Half a year. I can't believe in another 6 months he'll be a year old! He spent his half birthday taking a nice long nap and playing outside. The only picture I managed to take was of him sporting his new shades. So here you go. :)

Cereal

We gave Brayden cereal last night for the first time. He wasn't a huge fan. In fact, I don't think he actually swallowed any. Eating out of a bottle is just easier. :) But, he can't have an all-liquid diet forever, so we tried again this morning with much better results. He even got excited towards the end! Here's a picture of our solids eating big boy! (and I promise more got in his mouth than is on his face!)

New Milestones

I walked in the living room the other day just in time to see Brayden roll from his back to his stomach. He's getting to be such a big boy! He's rolled from belly to back before, but it was more like tipping over. Now, he's a rolling pro! He's still working on doing belly to back effectively, but going the other way is his new favorite trick!

I need to post more...

I'm not good at this whole blogging thing. I really need to post more! Not much has been going on...Jason has been busy at church preparing for the Easter musical, I go to Shreveport every week (not long until graduation - yay!), and Brayden is being his cute little self. Everyone always remarks on how happy he is. He probably spends 80% of his waking hours smiling...he's just too fun! Here's some pictures from the past week or so. We miss everyone!
